Don't Fake The Funk

i would like to comment about the University of the Visayas - Gullas Medical College, Cebu CIty, particularly in Banilad, Cebu. We were paying a very high miscellaneous fee but then that skul doesn't even have a electric fan in the classroom, no board eraser, a plastic chair that easily breaks up which is so hazardous and dangerous to the students, a school with no canteen, no lobby, no campus journal, and whats worst this skul is not systematic in their enrollment, whew in simple words... it is not conducive for learning. PLEASE guys try to make follow up in this skul.
