Why I Didn't Like X-Men 3 (or: I'm A Sad, Sad Fanboy)
- Colossus is Russian, not some guido from the Jersey shore.
- Again, Professor X misses the entire movie.
- No Nightcrawler.
- The Juggernaut is Professor X's brother, damnit.
- Storm was pretty much a non-character.
- Cyclops isn't supposed to be able to cry.
- "I'm the Juggernaut, bitch" - dumbest line ever and a gross misuse of the actor Vinnie Jones.
- Kitty (and Jubilee) & Wolverine have the rebel teen/cool uncle relationship, not Rogue & Wolverine.
- It's Caliban that can detect mutants, not Callisto.
- The Morlocks all looked like gay goth wannabes.
There's so much more, but I have to say Kelsey Grammer as the Beast/Hank McCoy literally made the movie for me. The scene where Leech turned Beast's hand into a human one, as his torn emotions and desires played across his face... man I wish good actors like him would agree to make comic book movies more often. I didn't completely not like the movie; at least they put in the Fastball Special. But it could have been so much more.
Cool ending, though.
edit:
Kuya's reason for Nightcrawler not being in X-Men 3: "They ran out of blue paint because Beast and Mystique are in the movie."
